Websites for businesses where clarity matters

In short: We build your website in about five working days. Then we look after it every month. When you want a change, you send us an email.
Your website, built and kept up
Same service, told in different ways. You’re reading the Calm version, written for therapists, wellbeing practices and anyone who finds busy websites tiring. It asks one thing at a time, uses a typeface designed for legibility, and keeps movement to one slow slideshow you can pause. See which one sounds like you.
In short: Each plan has a one-off setup fee and a monthly price. Open a plan to see what’s included. Prices exclude VAT.

| Grow to Run | from £295 | One-off, for the new work only |
If you know you’ll need it from the start, starting on the bigger plan saves on setup fees.
12-month minimum, then it simply continues month to month: there’s nothing to renew. Cancel any time after the first year with 30 days’ notice. We’ll email you a reminder a month before your minimum term ends. The code is yours from month 12. Two rounds of changes before launch. Your minor-change allowance renews each month; unused changes don’t carry forward.
Send each round of changes as one list. We mark every item “included” (a minor change in your plan) or “quoted” before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Prices exclude VAT. We’re not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, we’ll add VAT at the standard rate and tell you first.
Answer three short questions, one at a time, and we’ll point you to one plan. You can change an answer at any time, and nothing is sent anywhere.

Lexaura Mediation is a mediation practice in South London that wanted to move off an old template site.
The founder’s brief was short: calm, clear, and careful about what the business does and doesn’t do.
Rather than ask her to describe what she wanted, we built three different homepages for her to compare on her own phone, and she chose the warm, friendly one.
As she saw the site, her plans grew, and the site grew with them: online booking, a blog she runs by email, and a Careers page she edits herself.
It is now live on her own domain, ready for whatever she thinks of next.

In short: One person, Elliot, from your first message to every change.

Elliot has spent his career where technology meets people. Before 2000 he ran his own IT company, fixing Year 2000 bugs for banks and airlines. Since then he has become a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist and a university lecturer, with Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy. Explaining things clearly, to anyone, is what he loves most, and he has a particular passion for making technology work for neurodivergent clients. Whatever stage your project is at, you deal with Elliot directly, so nothing falls through the cracks.

In short: Every answer is shown below, so nothing is hidden behind a click.
Each plan includes a number of minor changes every month: up to 3 on Launch, 6 on Grow and 12 on Run. A minor change is a content or cosmetic tweak: new text, prices or opening hours, a photo swap, or colours and small layout tweaks. Your allowance renews at the start of each billing month. Unused changes don’t carry forward to the next month. Bigger jobs, like a new page or a new feature, are quoted first, at £75 an hour.
Move up a plan when you need to. You pay a one-off upgrade fee for the new work only, and your existing pages aren’t charged again: Launch to Grow is £199, and Grow to Run is from £295. If you know you’ll need it from the start, starting on the bigger plan saves on setup fees. If you only need one extra thing, an add-on or a quote may cost less than moving up, and we’ll tell you which. Every change of plan is agreed with you first.
It simply continues month to month: there’s nothing to renew. You can cancel any time after the first year with 30 days’ notice. We’ll email you a reminder a month before your minimum term ends. The code is yours from month 12: if you leave, we hand it over with instructions.
Your monthly price is fixed for your first 12 months. After that we review prices once a year. If your monthly price goes up, we’ll tell you the new amount in pounds at least 30 days before it applies, and you can leave without penalty if you’d rather not continue.
Twenty minutes, your rough words about what you do, your logo and any photos you have, and access to your domain (or we’ll help you buy one). We’ll tidy and shape your wording; writing everything from scratch is quoted separately.
Your words and photos are always yours. The code becomes yours at month 12; until then it’s part of what the low monthly fee pays for.
Not at all. We’re based in London, but everything works by email, phone and video call, so wherever you are in the world, we can build your site and look after it. We reply within one working day (Mon–Fri, UK time) and can arrange calls to suit your time zone. Prices are in pounds.
Yes, and it’s one reason we’re quick and affordable. It does the slow parts: first drafts, image work and checks. The decisions stay human: Elliot checks every page before it goes live. Images never pretend to be your customers.

If yours isn’t here, ask it on the call.
By request: up to 3, 6 or 12 minor changes a month on Launch, Grow and Run.
Your words and photos are yours from day one. The code becomes yours at month 12; before that it’s part of what the low monthly fee pays for.
Not at all. We’re based in London, but everything works by email, phone and video call, so wherever you are in the world, we can build your site and look after it. We reply within one working day (Mon–Fri, UK time) and can arrange calls to suit your time zone. Prices are in pounds.
Yes, for drafts, image work and checks; that’s how setup starts at £249. Elliot makes the decisions, reviews the code and tests every page. Images never pose as your customers or staff.
A 20-minute call, rough words about what you do, your logo and photos if you have them, and access to your domain. We tidy your wording; writing everything from scratch is quoted separately.
If you want to do it yourself, they’re good and cheaper. This is for people who don’t: we build it, run it and make the changes.

Same service, told in different ways. You’re reading the Sketchbook version, written for creatives, makers, coaches and visual thinkers. It’s laid out like a client’s notebook. See which one sounds like you.
No logins, no plugins, no page builder to learn. Bring words, photos, a sketch on the back of an envelope: whatever you’ve got.
Day 0
Twenty minutes about your business and the ideas in your head. Then a short form for your words, photos and logo.
About 5 working days
You see it for real on a private preview link, with two rounds of changes. Then it goes live on your own domain.
Every month
Hosting, backups and checks are handled. New idea? Send an email, and changes and blog posts come back to you.
We check your copy for claims that could get you in trouble with the ASA, CMA or Trading Standards.
The 5 working days start once we have your words and photos.
Many people think in pictures. Put something real in front of them, and the ideas start to flow.
Thinking in pictures is especially common among neurodivergent people, and it’s often where the most original ideas come from. But it also means a blank brief or a long questionnaire can stall a project before it starts. That’s why we build rather than describe: you react to a real page, not a list of questions.
Whatever you’re building, our job is to get your vision onto the screen, then help it to grow with you.

Then it kept growing
As she saw the site, her ideas grew, and the site grew with them.
On our plans, that growth is Launch, then Grow, then Run, a plan at a time.
